Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate charge and a revised delivery schedule.

Payments

Payments made through this website or through linked payment methods must be completed using valid and authorized payment details. Depending on the nature of the work, I may require full payment upfront or a deposit before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated in a separate agreement:

• Deposits are used to reserve time and begin work.
• Final files, source code, deliverables, or deployment access may be withheld until outstanding balances are paid in full.
• Any payment processing fees, currency conversion fees, or transaction fees charged by third-party providers are the responsibility of the payer unless agreed otherwise.

Revisions and Delivery

Where a project includes revisions, they apply only to the originally agreed deliverables. Excessive revision rounds or change requests that materially alter the original brief may be billed separately.

Delivery timelines depend on timely communication, access to required materials, and prompt feedback from the client.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, pre-existing tools, frameworks, utilities, methods, and reusable code developed by me remain my property.

Ownership of final paid deliverables transfers only after full payment has been received, and only to the extent stated in the relevant project agreement.

You are responsible for ensuring that any materials you provide, including text, images, brand assets, or third-party content, may legally be used for the project.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this website to:

• submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• attempt unauthorized access to the website, server, or related systems;
• interfere with the operation or security of the website;
• request work that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
